Personal declaration – Porsche 718

As I am about to take part in a closed driving programme organised by Rudskogen Motorsenter,

I hereby declare:

1. That I will never drive faster than a speed at which I remain in full control of the vehicle at all times.
2. That I will stop driving immediately if I do not feel fit or comfortable enough to continue.
3. That I will strictly follow all instructions, stop orders, etc. given by the organiser or its instructors.
4. That I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that may affect my ability to drive. On Track Event may carry out a breathalyser test before driving activities.
5. That I am in good health and do not suffer from any illness or medical condition generally liable to impair my ability to drive safely.
6. That I am fully aware that if I cause damage to cars, facilities, the track, crash barriers, etc. through irresponsible driving, I am personally responsible for paying for that damage.
7. Finally, I confirm that I hold a valid driving licence for manual and/or automatic cars.
