As I am today taking part in a closed event at Golsfjellet organised by On Track Event and Polestar Norge, I hereby declare:

1. That I will never drive the car faster than I feel I can keep it under control at all times.

2. That I will stop driving immediately if I feel unwell or unfit to continue.

3. That I will strictly follow all instructions, stop orders, etc. from the organiser’s instructors.

4. That I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.

5. That I am in good health and do not suffer from any illness or other medical condition generally liable to impair my ability to drive safely.

6. That I understand that if careless driving or conduct on my part causes damage to cars, facilities, the track, etc., I am personally responsible for paying for the repairs.

7. Finally, I confirm that I hold a valid category B driving licence.
